Manage account information

The account information can be managed from the Settings > General.

Account manager: The administrator of the account.
Company: The company name shown in the account.
E-mail: The contact email address.
Phone nr.: Your phone number.
Sort employees by: The order in which employees are shown.

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Manually

Language: The language in which the system is set by default.
Date format: The format in which the dates are displayed.
Time zone: The time zone in which the account falls.

Cost of company: It is possible to set the “Cost of Company”. This is the percentage of staff costs to be added to the hourly wages. These are costs that are paid by the employer, such as company clothes and beverages.
