Payroll report

The payroll report specifies all the worked hours and other relevant information from the timesheet registration.
This report can be exported to the payroll administration.

Employee nr – Employee number, may be added under: Employees > “Select employee” > Edit user.

Name – Name of employee

Type – The contract type of the employee. This is not a physical contract, calculations are done with these predefined contract settings.

Warning! – When an employee has two types of contracts for which hours are raised during the same period. The name will appear twice.

Days – The number of contact days the employee has in the period. The start and end date of the contract has an impact on the given days.

Shifts  – Number of shifts that are registered for an employee.

Meals – The occasionally listed meals.

Kilometers – The occasionally listed kilometers.

Surcharge “% – The number of hours an employee has received with a surcharge. For example: On a Sunday, a 6-hour shift with a surcharge of 150%, surcharge hours (time) is 3 hours for the employee.

Hourly employee “% – The number of hours an employee has received with a surcharge. For example: On a Sunday, a 6-hour shift with a surcharge of 150%, surcharge hours (time) is 3 hours for the employee.

Contract hours Vacation correction – Hours paid in an absence correction with the “Pay” action. These hours will go from the employee’s vacation hours toward the salary.

Hourly employee Vacation Correction – Hours paid in an absence correction with the “Pay” action. These hours will go from the employee’s vacation hours toward the salary.

Contract hours Plus min correction – Total of plus minus hours that needs to be paid out. These hours are added under: Plus minus hours > “+ Add correction”> Checkbox “Pay”. For example, -40 means, 40 hours are taken from the plus minus hours and must be paid out for the employee.

Hourly employee Plus min correction – Total of plus minus hours that needs to be paid out. These hours are added under: Plus minus hours > “+ Add correction”> Checkbox “Pay”.

Wait hours – The waiting hours for an employee’s account during sickness. Waiting hours are defined in the employee’s contract. Here you can choose to deduct waiting hours from salary or vacation hours.

Contract hours Sick “% – Number of sick surcharge hours. Applies if a sickness hour is paid less than a worked hour.

Hourly employee Sick “% – Number of sick surcharge hours. Applies if a sickness hour is paid less than a worked hour.

Hourly employee Vacation – The number of holiday hours taken.

Hourly employee National day – The number of hours that fall under a national day absence.

Hourly employee Special leave – Total number of approved special leave hours.

Contract hours Maternity leave – Total number of approved maternity leave hours..

Hourly employee Maternity leave – Total number of approved maternity leave hours.

Contract hours Shortterm care leave – Number of approved hours for an shortterm care leave.

Hourly employee Shortterm care leave – Number of approved hours for an shortterm care leave.

Contract hours Longterm care leave – Number of approved hours for an longterm care leave.

Hourly employee Longterm care leave – Number of approved hours for an longterm care leave.

Parental leave – Number of approved hours for an parental leave.

Unpaid leave – Number of approved hours for an unpaid leave.
